dated room unfriendly staff
The breakfast had a good variety of choices.
The room felt quite dated and could use some updates. The staff were not particularly friendly , and I found the hotel overpriced for what it offered. There were no special amenities or provisions specifically for children in the room.

fresh items spacious room helpful staff
the breakfast selection included fresh items from local producers. i found the room spacious. i liked the birthday treats provided for my sister, a nice touch. i was particularly impressed with the helpfulness of the reservation team and housekeeping staff.
i noted the gym needed some minor updates in equipment maintenance.

spacious room welcome gift relaxing jacuzzi tasty steak
The family room was spacious and clean. We received a welcome gift of chocolate and champagne in the bedroom. The pool area includes a sauna , a jacuzzi , and a steam room , these are great. Scott's Bar offers good food , I especially recommend the steak.
The doors in the corridors are quite heavy. Guests entering rooms late at night caused significant noise. This impacted the quality of sleep negatively. This issue requires addressing.

good breakfast comfortable bed convenient parking
i enjoyed a really good breakfast. the bed was comfortable. the spa offered a relaxing experience. parking was available on site, a relief as parking can be a challenge in this area.
The hot tub i expected in my room wasn't working properly. The lights and some jets were broken.

I received a room upgrade upon arrival , a nice surprise. The room included complimentary bathrobes and slippers. I found the in-room safe convenient for storing valuables. Daily housekeeping ensured the room remained tidy and well kept .
The lift was occasionally slow , resulting in brief waits.

the breakfast buffet had a huge selection of fresh items. i noted the use of many local producers. rooms were spacious and lovely, particularly the interconnecting ones.
the heating system was not controllable from the room, which wasn't ideal in january.
